Thomas Edison tried two thousand different materials in his search of a filament for the light bulb. When none worked satisfactorily, his assistant complained, “All our work is in vain. We have learned nothing.” Edison replied very confidently with a smaile, “Oh, we have come a long way and we have learned a lot. We know now that there are two thousand elements which we cannot use to make a good light bulb!!”
See Thomas Edison knew that he was not going to give up on his idea after a few shortcommings. Whether it was one time , two times, or two thousand times he did not give up. Don’t give up and keep trying, if you quit you will never learn what works. We need to learn from our mistakes and remember that it may take a long time and many tries to get it right.
