    People feel lonely for a number of reasons, including simple social awkwardness and intentional isolation. Everyone experiences loneliness. Luckily, though, there are a number of ways to overcome it. Share with us how you have found ways to overcome loneliness. Whether it was through joining a social group or just breaking out of your shell.
